Shop Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should you have any problems with your purchase, please send me an e-mail at craftymisssassy@gmail.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless it is for a mistake that I made on MY end with something I might have overlooked.
Examples might be: -loose stitching, ripped strap, scuffed vinyl or exposed seams on sewn items or peeling vinyl on shirts or stuffies.
If this happens, you have 3 (THREE) Business days from the delivery date to reach out to me about any issues with your product(s). Always read product descriptions before purchasing. ITEMS ARE HANDMADE WITH LOVE AND MUST BE TREATED LIKE SO. Do not overstuff or treat your items poorly and expect them to last.
Should you find a flaw that I might have overlooked, You as the consumer are responsible for shipment of the flawed item back to me with tracking information provided . Again, please reach out within 5 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs and fees to get it back to me for eligible repairs. Shipping the item back to you when the item is repaired will be paid for on my end. 
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping and processing of your order. Crafty Miss Sassy is not responsible for any delays or lost/stolen mail once items have left my premises. Should you be a victim of mail theft or lost mail, you will have to reach out to YOUR local post office for a resolution. I am not obligated to replace lost or stolen items. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address at checkout. I cannot change or modify orders once an order has been made so please purchase responsibly.
